Why we made The Pager Blocker - Pager knob guard

The Pager Blocker came out of request from customers who discovered The Knob Blocker for portable two-way radios was working well and wanted something similar for their fleet of pagers. We worked with customers to design and test The Pager Blocker.

The Pager Blocker Product Features

• Prevents accidental lowering of volume

• Prevents accidental power on and draining of the battery

• Protects your volume and selector knobs from damage by evenly distributing pressure between both knobs

• Still allows for volume knob manipulation

• Attaches via friction fit on selector knob, locking it in place

The Pager Blocker - Material

We use PETG (Polyethylene terephaphthalate Glycol), a thermoplastic material for 3D printing The Pager Blocker. PETG is one of the most popular filaments for 3D prints because it has high impact strength, durability , resistance to water intrusion and good printability offering excellent layer adhesion. PETG is a food-safe material and is recyclable.
