US Shipments update

Update Oct 23, 2025: Shipments to the US are now resumed. However, tariffs are now in place on shipments to the US. A 38% fee will now be charged on orders shipped to the US to cover this tariff. This will show up as a shipping fee during checkout. Note that we don’t charge an actual shipping fee for orders to the US.

Refunds, Duties, and Taxes (for U.S. Orders)

We ship all U.S. orders DDP – Delivered Duty Paid.

That means you’ll see the full cost of your order at checkout—including any duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees—so there are no surprises on delivery.

If you cancel before shipment:

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can issue a full refund, including any prepaid duties and taxes.

Once canceled, your payment will be reversed through the same method you used at checkout.

If your order has already shipped:

Once an order crosses the border, Zonos (our cross-border partner) remits the prepaid duties and taxes directly to U.S. Customs. Because those funds have already been paid to the government, they can’t be refunded even if the order is returned or refused at delivery.

We’ll gladly refund the product price once the item is received back in original condition, but the duties, taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.

Aug 29, 2025:

As of August 29th, 2025, shipments to the US are paused and any orders to the US will be automatically cancelled and refunded. This is due to the recent removal of the de minimis exemption on imports to the US. As a result, most carriers are temporarily not accepting packages to the US until a system to handle collecting duties on small orders is in place.

Previously, the de minimis rule allowed goods under a certain value to enter the U.S. without incurring duties or extensive customs processing. With that exemption removed, every shipment is now subject to additional fees, paperwork, and unpredictable delays.

Note that we do not have an ETA for when shipments will be able to resume.
